I have no respect for a manager who thinks it is ok to ignore the customer nor treat his staff this way. What kind of manager creates a mess for his waitress and then leaves her to clean it up when she is already under staffed. I understand that things happen but it is up to the manager to take responsibility and make the customer happy (typically some sort of compensation). A free drink while waiting would have been nice. The manager NEVER acknowledged the problem, or said he was sorry for the delay nor did he offer any compensation. The manager also had her serving and checking out other patrons in between. It took her almost an hour (not exaggerating) to get everyone checked out. The waitress said their computer system was archaic so it would take her awhile. However, he entered the orders in their system in a way that the waitress was unable to check us out without getting our orders again and reentering them. When a person in our party mentioned to the manager that the waitress should get help he acknowledged and he took part of our orders. They were completely under staffed, there was only 1 waitress for the entire bar.
